The MOTIX™ TLE9893QKW62S is a single-chip 3-Phase motor driver integrating an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, CAN transceiver, and driving stages. It enables advanced motor control algorithms. Moreover, the safe switch of path developed according to ISO26262 enables safe motor operation. This automotive-qualified device in an LQFP package is ideal for BLDC motor control applications, such as pumps or fans.
